removed throttle body,cleaned , engine idles high?

removed throttle body,cleaned , engine idles high?
I removed my throttle body , cleaned it with throttle body cleaner , reinstalled it
but now the engine idles high, about 1500 rpm if I put the car in frist gear and let it out the idle drops to 1000rpm , but it will not return to 750 rpm , need I little help!!
