Unhappy More smoke now...help

This sucks my smoking problem has now grown to unimagable extremes.
This started like a month ago or more. After the car is warmed up right as it hits its operating temp i get a ton of blue smoke pooring out of the exaust, then if i drive it goes away. But then randomly it starts smoking but not as much as when it first hits it operating temp. My oil consumption doesent seem all that bad, im using like a quart month nothing drastic and i drive a **** load.
My oil pressure also seems normal at idle its at like 25psi and cruising its at 69psi. I use 20-50w. I thought this might have somthing to do with the OMP, but now im starting to believe its somthing a whole lot worse.

Let me know what you guys think and check my sig.

oh yeah and i got 98k now original

Excessive oil smoke will come from 3 causes. Bad turbo seals, excessive omp output or too much pre-mix, or worn oil control o-rings.

Pull the the intake tubes between the turbo and intercooler and check for oil, then test the omp per the FSM. If those are both good, rebuild time.

Sounds like the the turbo seals from the info given.

If it's not Antifreeze seal leakage or bad Oil Rotor seals , I was getting white smoke at startup , & I thought it was injector leakage after sitting in garage long periods of time ,,
Replaced the spark plugs and with " Good New plug Wires, "
(make sure t2,t2 ,l1 l2. ,lead & trailing our correct sequence )
Now My Car has been Running Like a Rocket ! and with Absolutly No Smoke !!
Good Luck
