^ You'll be changing the engine. If you have no MOP, you'll have to premix.

if you mean the rod that connects to the throttle linkage... it'll be just fine at idle, but won't get enough oil otherwise...

if you mean the ecu plug... nothing... s4's don't have an ECU plug, they're mechanical.

The engine will wear out a lot sooner. I'd guess after around thirty/fifty thousand miles .

Like he said in the thread above, the omp will still be metering oil if the rod is disconnected, but only for the amout for idle speed.

The first rotary engines did not have OMP, from what I gather (guessing). They wore out pretty darn quick from what I hear.

How About If You Leave The Omp Disconnected On An S4 Motor Using An S5 Ecu?

the S5 ECU will not function properly.
The lack of a MOP signal to the ECU will cause it to go into Limp mode.
