s5 mop questions...done search just need a lil info

well, im pretty sure all my engine problems are b/c of a faulty mop so i have a new one on order. i have pulled 4 codes...the 2 for the tps and the 2 for the mop and some other one for the start up assist dashpot...but i think thats cuz of my tb mod. so my questions are, does the mop inject oil at idle? i had the car running and i was checking the clear lines and no oil was going through them. also i did research on the board and found that someone with an s5 was having similar problems as me and that b/c the mop is messed up that it messes up the tps and thus gives off the tps codes.

the MOP always injectors oil. without the oil the engine would seize up and break very fast.

when the ecu sees the MOP is not functioning 100%. the car goes into limp mode when it throws the MOP codes. making it barly run to try to save the engine from damage. I woudln't drive it untill you fix the problem.

it could be the MOP itself, or the wiring to it that is not right.

the MOP should have no effect on the TPS codes.

ok i see, bad news is i drove it about 300 miles in limp mode but not giving it more than 20% throttle b/c i didnt know how serious the problem is/was. no more driving though. i take it that if the mop was working correctly id see oil in the lines but i do not.
