Jesse James fuggin' rules. I admire his personality. My way, or throw your face onto the highway no bullshit, no buttkiss-accepting guy. He tells it how it is and is a very umm, spirited thinker.

My girlfriend was at the San Diego Zoo this last Saturday. As they were walking, her brother pointed out,

"is that . . . "
She said, "kinda looks like him."

Then she sees it, the "pay up" on the hand when he turns around. IT'S JESSE JAMES! Taking his wife and three kids to the Zoo. *Audience AWWWW*

According to her, his wife is very Shakira looking (hair and body), but with some tats.

In other words, she ******* hot as hell.

I still have another 30 minutes before it comes on.

DUDE!! not cool!!! that very was gorgeous when they started...looked totally mint and was clearly lowered, had tokicos and a Grex front brace. anyone else notice they were looking for 300hp from that nitrous setup? can you say kaboom? I was waiting for the motor to blow when they started racing it from all the juice As cool as the idea was (and it was) it turned out not to work AND to be really ugly so I'd rather see it dead than alive and breathing hehe

well guys dont fret too much, so our cars cant be as fast as a 680 lb sand rail with two drive wheels. What did jessie expect a 3800 lb vert (after reduction 2800 lb vert) with only one wheel to outperform a designated vehicle in the sand. i would like to see a sand rail with only one rear wheel outperform my 90 386hp t2 fc on the street or my stock 86 base for that matter. jessie is a bad *** i will admit, but in all the other comp at least gave the other vehicles fair a running start. like the ****** vw bug that almost sank had atleast a 60 sec running start. i think jessie should have let the gat loose on that ****** junk. well the rx7 gods shed another tear "at least it was a vert" and not a fast one

I don't know about it going kaboom, but they definitely needed more traction. One wheel wasn't going to cut it. and at the least they should have done normal size tires on the back. Their tech advisor was completely worthless.

If any one is interested I've posted the masacre here Please right click and choose save target as.

What a waste!!!! I think he wanted any excuse to bring the mini gun out. Also his team didn't seem motivated at all, coming in late and all.

In light of the war and inspired by that Suburban, I think that Monster Garage should turn a Ford Festiva into an M1 tank. At the very least send Jesse and that Suburban to Iraq. I'd run like hell!!

I agree about the team, they didn't seem very motivated at all. I guess none of them really wanted those tools.

It was also a pretty hard challenge if you think about it. You need torque to move that huge *** wheel, not something the RX-7 has a lot of to spare.

I mean, if you took a truck, put in huge gears, tub it, and put a tonneau on it, it woulda been much easier, but instead they chose to do a small sports car.

Still, I liked the idea and parts of the challenge. I have no idea what you people are ranting about tearing up that car. I loved it. I would love to gut mine like that, but I can't yet.

That mini-gun was way worth that heap of crap that used to be an RX-7. I loved that. I would give up my car if I could take a mini-gun to it myself.

Where do you get a 30 mother ******* caliber mini-gun anyhow? Mounted on a GMC at that!?!

"it was a crappy car to begin with"

I totally agree! They (producers etc) chose possibly the WORST car for that job. It could have done the mustang lawn mower episode easily. Hell, it could have done the PT Cruiser one too.

Don't kid yourselves guys, the RX-7 was a shitty car to try and turn into a sand rail, and a sloppy team to go with it.

Woah dude, settle the **** down. The FC Vert is a great car! Does it make a good sand rail? Um, no...but is it a great convertible sportscar? Hell yes!!

No need to disrespect your fellow rotary bretheren, I'm sure they feel bad enough without people in the rotary community talking **** about their car.

Not cool, not cool at all.

Haha, you think that's disrespecting.

Go to a Dodge forum for an endless 4.7L vs 5.9L battle or a Ford forum and see all the on-slaught of Rustang 4.6L vs 5.0L posts. Some other forums of different makes have some serious disputes between engines. This is pretty mild. Lets count ourselves lucky.

MRGSL-SE, might have just started a flame war. Lets try and prevent that.

Yo,

That's my whole point, that the RX-7 community is supposedly different. I thought we were tighter, brought together by out misunderstood and unique powerplant.

Instead of rallying around our topless FC brothers that just /had their car blown up and dissed on National TV/...people are piling on and calling them "POS" and "Gay". WTF is wrong with you people? You obviously have no love for the rotary, or your fellow rotorheads.

Weak.

i mean it could of been a worse episode, they could of used a fb that would of made great scrap metal, no more **** talking about fc's in the 2nd gen forum...go back to the 1st gen forum and pretend its the late 70's/early 80's and your car doesnt look like a joke
