link to rear end upgrade thread?

Hello, I cant seem to find a site I am looking for. It was all about someone upgrading the stock FC rear diff for drifting. The pictures he had was of the rear end all upgraded and he put holes in it to lower the weight. If anybody knows what site I am thinking about, please let me know.

Thanks
~Tweak

Be VERY careful about drilling holes in the diff, as you could easily weaken it to the point of failure, but on the other hand it could well increase oil circulation and help out (I'm assuming you're talking about lightening the internals, not the case, right?). You can put thicker plates in the S4 diffs to make them lock more, you can get them from Mazdatrix.

i know what you mean, they changed everything to heim joints, and shaved the top part of the rear hubs, and put some holes in the arms, and i believe the tubes they used were purple, if we are talking about the same thing. it was on a drift forum but there was a thread linked on here to it.

YEUP! I NEED that. Have been searching google for hours now.

I know he did a lot of welding and put in solid bushing I think. So I have been searching fc3s rx7 black paint weld bushing holes hahaha stuff like that not getting much.

I wonder if that forum went down. He did a lot of stuff to it.
