Look in the online fsm's (in the faqs) and see if you can find the part name. That helps a lot to figure out how to help you and how to search.

It's the Air Supply Valve. It increases idle speed when you use the power steering to stop the engine bogging or stalling. If you have power steering there's no good reason to remove it. It's not like it's in the way; you can barely see it.

Since it's no longer serving a purpose it's up to you if you can be bothered removing it. You'll need to make or buy a block-off plate to replace it.

My apologies, I had a total brain-fart. I was thinking UIM, not LIM.

You are of course referring to the EGR valve. If passing emissions is not an issue then you can remove it. You'll still need a block-off plate for it. Cap the line attached to it.

I don't need to to pass emissions and i do have a block of plate. So all i need to do is cap off the line that feeds the egr nothing more then that. BTW You don't have to apologize to me, I appreciate all the knowledge and help you give use less fortunate rx7 oweners. Im shure i'll have a lot more question in the furture. Thanks again Tony
