Lightend rotors...

Ok how do i lighten rotors? where do they shave off all that weight? is there any templetes or anything for it? and where do i buy tempelates for streetports and bridgeports?

You can buy small shop mills for about $3,000. However, you still wouldn't have the skill to machine the rotors, nor would you have the proper equipment to balance them. If you want to learn how to lighten rotors, then get a part-time job at a rotary engine performance shop.

Street porting is a little more forgiving to newbie botch jobs. You may want to save the bridgeport until you gain some skill. You can get porting tools and templates from Racing Beat and Mazdatrix.
