coolant spilling over..what does this mean?

Question coolant spilling over..what does this mean?

well..the coolant spills over when i remove the radiator cap..no bubbles..just rises to the top and spills over..what does this mean?

slowly flows out....takes like 10-15 secs to go to the top then it pours out..
