Lack of backpressure

I have a K&N cone filter and racing beat header w/ 2.5 inch piping on my car and b/c of that my actuators are having trouble opening and closing properly. What are some ways to increase pressure to the lines to enable the actuators to function properly? Thanks
BTW: I have an S4 motor w/ S5 upper and lower intake manifolds.

actually backpressure has nothing to do with the actuator operation. It is exhaust pressure.

Anyway, the common solution is to tap into the air pump line and use a RPM switch to control a solenoid when using a S5 upper and lower on a S4 motor.

But what are the car's electronics??? Are you using a S4 computer and harness or a S5 computer?

^I believe it's an S5 harness and computer.

Funny Fact: My car has the 5th and 6th removed in prep for the Turbo install, I am driving it N/A for now, I have to rev it up to like 2k to keep it from bogging when leaving stoplights and whatnot.. It has NO LOW END... Really try to get yours to open instead of pulling out the sleeves.

well if it is a S5 ECU and Harness, then the aux ports should be activated by the ECU anyway, and not on exhaust pressure.

Yep, you need the air pump for the aux ports and VDI

Yes, but with the airpump they arent working correctly. The 6th port is getting stuck. The 5th port works. Do you think I need to replace the actuator?

The port moves fairely freely. The actuator is was causing it to stick.
