Knock Sensor and Boost sensor

Can anyone take some pictures of these for me? I am looking to buy both these things and I have a guy in Japan that thinks he might be able to find them for me but he needs pictures of them. Thanks

there are 4 boost sensors... 86-88 N/A. 86-88 turbo. 89+ N/A and 89+ turbo...

you'd need to find the part # for the one you need cause they all look the same.

also only the turbos had knock sensors and your profile says you have an N/A...

Yes but thats the beauty of a turbo engine swap Anyways im looking for a series 5 knock sensor, and I realize all the boost and pressure sensors look the same but they guy said he needed a picture and I know the boost sensors have the number written on the top, so that would help find the part number. If anyone can help thats cool if not Im sure I have a buddy around here with a turboII that will let me pull the passenger side carpet up

Anybody? All I really need is the part number for the knock sensor and a picture if possible. And if you happen to have the part number for the boost sensor cool but if not I can find it on a friends car.

I've already got my carpet up and pulling all the TII stuff from an 88 AE. Tell me where these are located and I'll try to get the p/n for you.

Also, www.iluvmyrx7.com has parts fiche so you might be able to get the p/n there.

I should be getting a digital camera next week, waiting on CompUSA to get them in stock.

Well I dont have a turboII but I would assume it should be right by the ECU. The boost sensor is going to be on the strut tower on the passenger side. Its the little back box that says boost sensor on it and has a vacuum line running to it from your manifolds.

partially incorrect...

The Knock box on a S4 car is located high above in the passengers kick panel.

But you are correct in that the knock computer/box on a S5 is built into the CPU.

However he was asking for the knock sensor, which looks kinda like the coolant sensor on the rad, but in this case it is attached to the block.

Am I going to need two knock sensors? One per housing? And if I am buying a J-spec engine is there any chance they would still be on the block since it comes with complete accesorys?

Yeah the S5 knock computer is built into the S5 turbo ECUs.

there is only one sensor for the whole motor. On every J-spec I have ever seen it is still on the engine.
