Today it begins: the car is officially down until it's finished.
First i went to the HOme improvement store, and got some 90 degree bends for my IC piping, and some other piping for my downpipe. then i went and got some hose for my oil rerouting.
Mind that its been raining here for like 2 days, and will rain till next satuday from this stupid hurricane stuff. Got a garage for me to work in, so parked the 7 and removed the hood. Took some quick picks in case i forget where anything goes...i have picks to show how to put everything back . i don't get my welder until probably tomorrow, so until then i started removing stuff. i took off he throttle body, and the entire intake manifold so i could get to the primary injectors. this was a huge pain, and the intake manifold WOULD NOT come off, it felt like it was still bolted on when i tried to wiggle it off. i ended up using a flat head screwdriver and pyring it up gently at the seam. and it came off. i got to the primaries and replaced them with the 550's i got. the new injectors are high imp, so i had to remove the little notch on the bottom of them so the connectors would fit. i also will have to remove the resistors from the primary line off the ECU so the injectors get all the imps . i fitted my FMIC and notched the IC piping for the cuts i need tomorrow. i removed the port actuators, and they are working, so if anyone wants to buy them, i have a set. i took off the ACV stuff, and will block it off tomorrow morning. mmmmm i opened up the passenger carpeting and ravealed the ECU so i can install my e-mangage, im still trying to find the correct wire labels, since i found out the ones i have are wrong, so if anyone knows which wires i tap into, the right ones , that would be a huge help. lastly, i revealed the fuel pump, and jsut like Aaron said, any car that has been though more than 1 winter, the screws are the rustyest(sp?) things i have ever seen, i dont know how to begin removing them. i got pics of everything. including something that struck me as funny with my ECU. it doesnt look stock, and it said something on it that also made me question this. i forget exactly what it said. mmmm thats about it for today. including going to the store, several trips back to the computer to get some help with stuff, on rx7club.com naturally, and a few food breaks, 10 hours total of work. ill start up again tomorrow moring with another trip to the store, then, back to work! ill post pics tomorrow too. thanks everyone, everythings goin well!

I don't recall, which injectors are you speaking of? The ones ON the engine block, or the ones on the upper intake manifold?

Secondaries do not fire on startup, only primary. Primaries are on the engine block and are the ones that fire during cranking.

take off the secondry rail and tie the secondary injector to the rail and the turn on the fuel pump to pressurize the line then you will know if there leaking, the show how to do this is the factory service manuals.
