Don't worry about the 90 degree bends. You'll have a very hard time making gradual bends since there isn't much room for a large radius.

Just try to use something a little better than plumbing bends, like I said earlier, they blow off extremely easily.

thats a good idea!! although the rubber bends i found are fairly expensive. what if ya bend the ends of the ic exhaust pipe just a little enough for the couplers to have somthin to grab on to? would this work. my ONLY setback at the moment is how to PROPERLY run my ic piping without this being an issue and buying some silicon vaccum hoses!

I didn't make a post everytime I got a new modification, unless I needed help with something.

Everything (besides little crap) has been purchased, here is the updated shopping list:

S4 Turbocharger & manifold with actuators
Stock FC intercooler
Miscellaneous IC/turbo plumbing
TII oil filler neck
^^^^^^^^^^all of the above: $235
G-Reddy e-manage - $298
SSQV BOV - $88
4 ft 2in dia steel piping - $15
2 RB exhaust spacer thingies - $30
1 turbo outlet exhaust spacer thingy - $10
Dual Gauge pod - $10
Boost Gauge: $51.95
Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge: $38.99
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump: $99.00
2 - 550cc Primary Injectors: $30
2 - 720cc Secondary Injectors: $75

besides IC piping and couplers and random stuff, so far this has comfortably set me back:

$980.94

i feel i got a lot of stuff pretty cheap too, so anyone planning to do this mod, this is a pretty good cost estimate, mind a overboarded a lot of stuff (gauges, e-manage, seconadary injectors) all that stuff technically could be shortcutted, but if your gonna do it in the first place...

if i have extra cash:
1. Bigger Front mount (this is almost DEFINITLY going to happen)
2. Greddy E-01 (ehhhh......debating.......might be too over the top, although i did find one for 300 shipped)

I really dont know what i'm going to do at this point with my setup, my car is a DD so i can't start on it anytime soon. I bought Tii manifolds to port match, but neither the tii manifolds or the n/a manifolds are looking pleasing anymore. Might have to pony up the money to buy sonikrat's kit. Since it is apparently superior. I just wish there was a way to have enough room to have the 6-port system working, and the turbo working too. Thatd be alot of fab work though, and i'm short on tools.

well static, you dont need the 6 ports andyore with forced induction, they would be pretty pointless.

what about your turbo gaskets? there a little costly.
motor to manifold=50? need 2 of these for the spacer
manifold to turbo=40
turbo to downpipe=40?
now these are guessing prices but really add up. do you have these?
just curious

The car is slow of the line but runs strong specially after 3700 RPM when boost kicks in. The car is heavy since I didn't do any weight reduction and everything works (incl A/C). My primaries are 550cc, secondaries are 1000cc. The car will max out the injectors at 14psi. I am running a Microtech LT8 with stock S5 tranny, driveshaft and differential. I believe if I had expert tunning and better drivetrain the car could do better. My best time is 12.76 @ 108.

The intercooler pipeping was all custom made for $125. The exhaust is a 3" downpipe split into dual 2 1/2 made by the same shop.

I am very satisfied with the car and its performance.

im putting in an emanage into my TII and the E01 is not the way to go. The software package and any laptop computer is all you really need. If you dont access to a laptop you might have a problem, but its better to borrow one than to get the E01.

that and what considerations have you made for the exhaust system? if you are going to use a spacer (which you dont seem to have a choice) i dont think a normal dp will make the extra angle to the left. Its not too hard to make one. Just some patience and really thick steel. im using a 1/4" thick tube for mine and a 1/2" flange. and i still warped the flange from the heat of the turbine. I might try to remake it from a higher grade steel and use stainless instead of the carbon steel i used. i think that was my weak point.
