Thumbs up

Why only 2 550 injectors? And what are you going to do for a fpr? I'm currently getting parts together for a similar build. Just can't seem to get a definite answer on the fpr. Keep us posted.

I'm peicing junk together for my 6 port turbo and am planning at least 720cc secondaries. I already have four 550's but know that's not enough, I just have to decide if I want 720's in the secondaries only or for both primary and secondary. (Those with a Haltech E6A I already have and a Walbro pump I still need to buy.)

Then again, I already picked up an RB downpipe and presilencer, and have supplies for a mandrel bent aluminum intake system based around a Volvo 760 FMIC.

That reminds me, I have to hock the TII harness and computer I bought before I found the Haltech... budget six port turbos are part collecting nightmares.

yep i knew i forgot something, i want 720's in the secondaries.

if im not msitaken though, didnt aaron only swap out 550's in the primaries, i dont remember him doing anything about the secondaries.

hopefully he will chime in.

hey kai, 99% sure an aftermarket, or any, downpipe with presilencer fits because of firewall issues, or are you using the tII UIM and LIM?

Er, he had 4x550 injectors, since thats what a stock TII ran. And you want larger in the secondaries.

Not sure why you would need the turbo oil neck. If you are using the NA intake manifolds (which I assume you are since you mention an exhaust spacer) the intercooler pipe comes in from the passenger side. This does not interfere with the neck.

You're going to want at least 4x550CC with an upgraded fuel pump. I ran that arrangement with an FD fuel pump, and had fuel for about 10 PSI safely.

Aaron: yeah the guy i bought the turbo and manifold off of threw it in the box for free, if anyone wants it they can have it, i think he thought maybe i was using TII UIM and LIMs or something, idk. and i jsut bought a walboro fuel pump and am looking for 550cc injectors at the moment, its the last thing *i think, pray* i need. Besides intercooler piping, and couplers and stuff. how much did you spend om your pipihng total aaron?

Tito: the cable im talking about is the one that goes from the e-manage to the computer, not nessicary, but you get acces to like 16x16 fuel maps and stuff, + alot more options.

I rented a pipe bender, so including the $160 worth of rental, about $360. I ended up buying a 10 foot length of stainless 2" piping, then a bunch of random couplers (rad hoses).

It's funny that the STi would just need to buy exhaust and it'd be faster than you again...

His car is under warranty .

Also 'blowing off' louder then he does makes you lose in a different way .

Good luck though.
