jeez, impossible to find headlights.

Just been searching here for about an hour, and online for these headlights.

They are not flushmount, and they look like a direct replacement

you can click here for a pic

Yes yes, the GTO seven covered in the lounge, this isn't about that. Scroll down to the lights, he mentions that he has

Knight Sports half height dual projector light kit

Now I went and finally found a knightsports website, but its all in japanese. I cannot read japanese.

I searched here and found a thread about a guy who made lights identical to these, but never got enoughe support from his parts manufacturer to continue the project. His name was v8rx7 or something, and his post was brought back from the dead sever times before they finally locked it back in 03.

Anyways, where can I find these lights, are they a japan thing only or what? I just want my FC to look unique, and not cost a grand for flush mounts.

That is the very same light kit I was looking for- I saw a writeup (prob. the one you mentioned earlier) on a homemade kit- something about making a telescoping light bracket with a set screw so you can put them back to stock height if you like. I remember the car was a red turbo with a fat fmic, and someone made a snide comment about him needing to mow his lawn....

But I digress. Hope this rings a bell for someone and we find the link...

Headlight Kit RX-7 85.9~91.11 FC3S ¥89000 US$822

might be able to fab your own. just not sure what small round headlights are available. most of them seem to be for older cars and are about 7" diameter.

Rx7.com used to sell them. I love that kit. They still might be able to get them for you, but it's usually around 800 like he said. kinda stupid for such a small kit, your really buying name.

What a ripoff, for that price I'd rather get flusmounts or make it myself!!!

Can anyone recommend some bulbs for me to start out with?
