Question J-Spec ECUs

Anyone know if the J-Spec FC ECU's are compatible with the ones here?

Thanks!

If you need a Zenki turbo US-spec ECU, I've still got two available.&nbsp These are 1987 Turbo II US-spec ECU's N332 part number.&nbsp $75 shipped anywhere in the U.S.

Aww shucks... I'd like to get one, but I'd need one for an 89-91 ECU. Sold the 87 already. I saw this kit at THEPARTSTRADER.COM, and was contemplating on getting it.

JUN tuned ECU, but J-spec.

Good question. Anyone know what the ECU designations are for J-Spec FCs? Or the 89-91 ECUs for that matter? I just know the 87-88 ones are N332.

Ok, wut if you put in a jspec engine? Then you need a jspec ecu correct? Oh and with the jspec engine, the A/C and everything works right? Thanks.

With the help of the knowledgeable people here, I've discovered I have my old ECU, for an '88 TII, running my 89+ Jspec engine. So it works. And those Rustangs know it!

So, it plugs up with no probs? Technically hooking up a AFC or ACV-R should work too then right?

yeah it plugs right in. why wouldn't an afc or avcr work. if you go that route you need a FCD also

OIC, just curious... I'm about to buy a JUN Tuned ECU along with some other goodies. I just don't want to mess up the car, or the wire harness with a non compatable ECU.

Got an FCD, FD Fuel Pump, and 720cc injectors in the secondaries coupled though an Super AFC. I'll probably swap out the 720ccs for stock injectors, and use the 720ccs as 2 additional injectors.

Thanks for the info everyone...

you don't need FCD with a tuned ecu they get rid of the fuel cut with the programming
