N374 ECU from a '90 TII J-spec...

Is there any difference between the N370 and N374 ECUs? My J-spec came with a N374...

Performance chip?

BTW, pics of the inside are here: http://home.mn.rr.com/linnihan/ecu.htm . Does anyone know if there is a perf chip in there? The one with the white label reads "RS Delta"...
