Yep, Dan is right.
To do it right, you will need headliner, A-pillar trim, seat belts (including latches at center consol), center console and arm rest, and interior B pillar trim.
You may have a tough time find those parts in black, and might also consider using the gray interior parts. They look fine with the black interiors since they are rather charcoal anyway.

the reason i want to do this is because A) my drivers side belt is bbroken and doesnt move, and MAZDA REFUSES TO REPLACE IT WITH THE WARRENTY, and B) i want to put in a single or dual guage pod on the a pillar, and corksport says i cany with hte cat and mose bels, and i really hate the belts..... so if anyone has any suggestions, or things theyve said to mazda to get them to do the recall on the belts, PLEASE let me know!!!!!!!

Talk to Mazda NA or report the dealer to the NHSTA they will make sure the dealer fixes them.
Remember it is technically against federal law to replace the mouse belts with active belts.

They have to replace those belts with working ones but not switch them out for another style. if your looking to go black, give up on hunting down a black interior and just find a professional quality interior paint kit. My cost me 100 bucks, 4 stages sand, prime, paint, clearcoat looks great on what i practiced on. As for the carpet you can buy aftermarket vaccume fitted carpets in any color for like 300. You can also get the roof liner materials on ebay. Im personally using a specially formulated fabric paint to dye my whole carpet black. Good luck though. I couldnt find seatbelt setup to match my new interior so i am switching to 4 point and inturn buying bucket seats rather than leathering my current seats.

Mazda or the dealer you went to is looking for a good law suit if they don't fix the "safety restraints". You need to go and hit something and then call the Law offices of Larry H. Parker. Just don't cut your leg off in the process.

Seriously, Mazda will fix the seat belts you just need to bend the right ear. The local yocal service writer may have just lost his job at the quicky mart (hence, filled out an app at the local dealership), and does not understand liability.
