Interior electrical help

Good afternoon! Something odd has occured and I'm trying to solve or resolve what I believe to be a switch issue.

Either the dome light switch has failed causing power to bleed by? or something else is not correct. Nothing else has changed and I just noticed it last night when i had the car in the garage and everything OFF.

With the dome light switch in OFF I am seeing power bleed by (around 7-8 volts) Causing the LED dome light to slightly illuminate. With the switch in the ON position the light is seeing 12 volts and bright. With the switch on the DOOR position and either door OPEN, the LED is seeing 12 volt and very bright. Both DOOR switches turn the LED OFF as it should.

Any thoughts on this? Has the switch assembly simply failed?
Thanks!
