Question Interior dome light

After installing my gauges, I noticed that my dome light stopped working when I open my doors. If I depress the buttons, they turn. They don't seem to want to work when I open the door. I've checked my fuses! I've checked the pin on the door!

Are they dual fillament? Could one of the filaments (on both bulbs) be out?

Did you flick the switch on the light? It will shut off the lights when the door opens

Mine is a two position switch. Off and Door. and each light has it's own switch. Turn the big one in the center to 'Door'.
