3" is is a bit big unless you are running gigantic turbo and lots of boost. You'll get better response with more reasonable 2.5" piping and it's far easier to install.

The price of aluminum from burns is ridiculous. I don't know why so many people praise them.
A 1' piece of 3" tubing from them runs $16.52
I can buy a piece from my supplier of the SAME GRADE SAME ALLOY for $11.05. The greatest is thier 4.5" striat tube for $86.62!!! Onlinemetals = $18.24. Tricky part is finding them with bends Regardless though I feel Burns is too expensive.

Personally I bought one of the e-bizzle kits where I could pic all my bends and sizes etc etc etc, cheap couplers which are going to be replaced and of course decent t-bolts. End result was nice though - A few pics here

I'm fine paying that from Burns. usually the way my builder likes to do piping is very short. So I don't have much to worry about.

Piping usually ends up costing under $100 anyhow.

To each their own.

I wish he would make a header for an NA rotary, or maybe a mani for the turbo cars that would make my day. From what i understand he is one of the best header designers in the world.
