Injector Resistor pack

Since I'm running high impedance injectors in a pre 87.5 TII...Would it be feasible to cut the wiring coming to and from the resistor pack and splicing them together making a closed loop? Would that make the injectors work properly?

OR, would it be easier to just find a set of low impedance injectors and toss em in?

I don't see why I couldn't cut the resistor pack out....

Yes. Take the resistor package and cut the harness right in two. Put the resistors and that half of the package on the shelf for a later day. Then just splice all five of the leftover wires together and reconnect the plug to the harness it came off. Been there, done that and even posted a jpg of the thing.

Try looking at this url https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...istor+attached BUT you have to find the post I made and find the url to the jpg from there.

Sorry, the jpg just shows a solenoid resistor with/without a cover on it. I did not post a picture of the cut outfit. But look at the thing in the jpg. Just cut that harness in two in the middle and then either crimp or solder the FIVE wires all together and plug the thing back into the harness.

Sorry, ain't a gonna pull mine out of the car and scan it. Have fun.
