Injector placement
Just got my injectors back Marren. According to the flow test results they provided, one is flowing 150 cc/minute and another 149.9. The other two are flowing 145.8 and 146.3. My thought is to out the first two in as primaries and the other other two in as secondaries. Does this make sense.
Also, is an aftermarket fuel rail worth the cost?

No, because the fuel injectors are supposed to flow between 444 and 472cc/min at 34-40psi, so if they are only flowing 150cc/min then you need to throw them away and buy new injectors.
I don't know. Why do you want an aftermarket fuel rail?

Now I'm really confused. I copied the numbers correctly. What's 44x? For that matter, what's a boinger? I'm assuming they're OEM. It's an 89 convertible.

Look like you need injectors. As for the fuel rail question, I only upgraded my fuel rails because I put bigger injectors in my 89 tII(4 850cc) and wanted to be Able to change my fuel pressure if need be considering all the parts I threw at the car. I went with rising RPM because I saw a lot of good reviews on them. I'm now using an aero motive A1000-6 FPR with those rails and a walboro 255lph fuel pump. Really unless you're gonna be doing a lot of work to the car, I don't think there's much of a point in upgrading your fuel rails.

Why not get the info from the source and call Marren and ask about the Numbers?
Give them the injector part number and ask why the CC/min numbers don't "add up".
this is the specs on your injectors: 89-91 13B NA, high oval center, 460cc, red, 195500-2010
..and a Boinger is a Slang term for a piston engine.

Talked to Marren this morning. They test the injectors at partial throttle to measure open and closing speed. The number does not reflect the static flow rate. So injectors are good. The opinion that the variation isn't big enough to make a difference is reassuring.
