injector help

ok fellas i need help to id what kind of injectors i have on my s5 t2. is it a low or high dependent injector and how can i tell???? its a square top connector if that helps any, also can u mate a n/a injector clip with a turbo injector??? thanks for the help in advance

You have 550cc high impedance injectors.

oh ok thanks again. well can you mate the n/a injector clip to mate with a turbo 2 injector?? also im thinking about running some 800cc injectors from an fd would it work???

Unless your running a turbo motor with NA harness...theres no point the NA will just run rich.

yea im running a n/a harness on a t2 motor, its swap. what do you mean it will run rich?????

If you swap in larger injectors then stock, it will run rich. The ECU has no way of knowing you just added 300CC to each injector and will continue to run them as if they were 550s.

By the way, all S5s have high impedance injectors and they are supposed to have round connectors.

well i have a t2 swap and its still using the n/a harness that's why it has a square top. i plan oh getting the rtek ecu chip to control some of the fuel and i have a apexi safc. so would everything be ok if i go this rout???? and btw could i used the injectors off of an fd???? the injectors are i believe 800cc. thanks again

FD primary injectors are side feed, so no. The secondaries are 850CC and top feed, so yes.

An RTek will allow you to control the injectors. You don't need both an RTek and S-AFC.

would i have to do any mods to the fuel rail if i run the fd 850cc injector's and are the fd injectors high or low imp injectors??
