identifying differential

can anyone tell me what differential this is? i know its out of an fc but thats about it. thanks

well thats the thing, i don't know lol i had bought it almost 2 yrs ago to put in my FD, but when we dropped it in we realised it wasn't the right one because my axles wouldn't work with it. so i eventually got the right one, and this ones been sitting in a big ziplock bag ever since

Well, I don't know for sure, but from the pictures I'v seen of them, it looks like an LSD. Don't hold me to this as I'm not positive. I'm not trying to tell you lies, so wait for someone who knows for sure.

is it for a 7" or 8" inch ring. looks like a na torsen diff which is a 7". its not clutch pack.

If it is the torsen that fits the NA, then it is actually from a Mazda Miata, as the only 7's that came with torsen were FD's. If that is the case, then you hit the jackpot because they sell for a pretty good price. I would love one but simply dont have the money right now.
