i really need someones help.

i took off one of the actuators and but it back on, did nothing to anything else. just took it off and put it back on. now my idle is really bumpy and the car kinda shakes when it trys to idle. for some reason i tryed to change the idle, i screwd the screw all the way up, an down and it didnt change the idle hardly at all. also when you have the throttle half way in when driving and it gets to 3800, it really ..almost feels like it stops. i know about the 3800 hesitation but this feels like 5 times worse. but at full throttle it doesnt hesitate.

Take a good look at your connectors on the secondary fuel injectors. See if they are seated good. Also you could disconnect the plug on the ECU and then check if the two wires to the plugs are shorting together or even better ring out the wiring from end to end and from each wire to ground. One should really take to heart the grounding points on the engine and the extra ground that might be needed on the pressure sensor. That ground wire also ties in with other sensors like the tps, airflow sensor, water sensor etc, so its not like the pressure sensor its self is the problem. Its just a easy place to add a ground. Adding extra ground wires at the ECU seems to have helped a number of folk. See RXster's new home page. Lots of stuff it could be. I don't see how the actuators being put on and off screwed you up. If installed ok.

Hey, theres a vacuum line going to the engine, right above the acv... its pretty easy to knock off, especially if youre going all out with wrenches down in there... check to make sure theyre all attached good. It does sound like you injectors are messed up, that would cause the problem. Check em!

if someone took off an acuator, and didn't put it back on correctly (leaking air ... not oepning..) but the other one was working fine.. would that cause some wierd stuff?

aux port on one rotor opening.. other not ?

that happened to me once when I forgot to connect the hose that goes to the boost sensor. it runs somewhat ok when the car is moving but when it is idle, the rpm is jumpy like wanting to die. i think the boost sensor hose connects above the ACV and it is between the 2 actuators.

the NA has boost sensor too. it is located in the strut tower on the passenger side close to the AFM. there should be a hose and a connector underneath it. make sure the hose connects to the intake manifold like what i had described form my above post.

I'll third that for the boost sensor(pressure sensor?). Sort of a black rectangular box with an electrical plug and a single vaccum hose. About three inches long. That FREE FACTORY MANUAL is still available at http:www.iluvmyrx7.com or at the fc3s.org site. Go to section 4A and download it. Deals with fuel related issues.

i got it fixed today. the vacumm hose was knocked off from the boost sensor and the actuator seal/gasket had fallen off.
