I might making my own supercharger kit similar to what zbrown did using an Eaton M90, i'm planning on running turbo manifolds though, but i need to see how they line up or dont line up so i can figure out how i'm going to make the adapter, also on this setup i'm going to be running a intercooler (front mount more-than-likely) and some kinda of pressure releif sysytem like a BOV and a regulator or something, dont know yet, i know somepeople think i'm nut's but i have to try it for myself. I'll only be running about 6 psi tops until i get low compression rotors in there and maybe a mild porting blah blah blah. Any photo's or diagrams of the port/bolt layout would be great, thanks.

(Edit...Remove ENORMOUS signature graphic...Check your PMs)

The bolt pattern is the same. The primaries runners are also the same. The secondaries are the only place you need to do some work. If I find a picture, I'll post it unless someone beats me to it.

Have people converted their n/a manifold to TII ones before, and still had everything working right?

Unless you have a turbo attached i think that would cause worse performance rather than better.
