My car was vandalised a month ago and my original spoiler was completely trashed. I had a wings west super style spoiler before. Anyways, my insurance company has stated that I can spend up to $800cdn if not more to replace the orignal spoiler.

I ordered a Tenzo R abs paintable spoiler specifically stating that my car was an 86 Rx-7. Well the dumbass sent my a universal kit figuring that it would fit my car. Universal kit that fits an rx-7? He most have been dreaming. The pedestals are 4" too long for the rear end of an rx-7.

Needless to say I was fairly pissed when I got the spoiler because I have been waiting over 3 weeks for it.

So I need the help of all 2nd gen owners who know anything about aluminum spoilers or any spoilers in my price range that would fit an rx-7.

I want something thats unique and that will stand out on my car. Please help me. Any brands, or websites would be very helpful. Thanks guys

 

You might have better luck if you included something like "spoiler" in your topic.

I say go with a highly stylized invisible spoiler made by No-Exist Inc.

Its so ******* cool you don't even know its there.

Then use the 800 bucks on beer and gas.

When you making a unique modification:
1) I may not be easy.
2) You will have to be clever & creative.
3) Not everyone will like it.

Last year I saw a metal flake green 2nd gen vert with reverse doors, hood, trunk, & gas door.
It had a 4 finger lift & chain steering wheel.
Not my taste, but I respect the engineering and craft it took to build it.

Why not use the search function here? There must be a thousand posts about wings over the years. Be prepared to weed through a lot of posts from people who don't like the look of your average park bench though....it's just the nature of the question.

But I do need help badly, thats the thing. I waited a month for a spoiler that doesnt fit. Now I might have to wait another month which means that driving season for my car will almost be over before a spoiler gets on my car. I live in Saskatchewan, and for those who dont know our summers are very short. This means that my car has very little time before I park it. This is why I need help from all of you. I need to find something quick so i can order it as soon as possible.

The reason for the lashing out is that i'm sick and tired of people beaking others about spoilers and wings. Who cares if its so called "ricey". It aint your car. All i'm asking for is help. I dont need stupid remarks, or people telling me I shouldnt get a spoiler.

That spoiler doesnt do it for me. I was actually looking at the Cusco spoiler now. I'm sure not too many people in Canada have that one.

Does anyone have pics of the cusco one?
