However, I will agree that the FC has great aerodynamics. Although you have to give props to the Honda Insight (Aaron... ). I think the Cd's on those are .25 or something.

FC base had Cd of .31 and coefficient of lift front (ClF) .08 and rear (ClR) .14.
Factory aero kit reduced Cd to .29, ClF .08 and ClR .07.
FD base had Cd of .29, ClF .16 and ClR .08.
FD factory "aero" had Cd of .31, ClF .10 and ClR .08.
I believe FD also has higher frontal area due to width, I will check that too.
So the FD had to choose flight at speed (base) or reduced speed ("aero") while the FC could chose true aero.
FC has superior aerodynamics and inferior styling compared to FD.

Change ur gearing in the rearend, thats the only way you will hit those speeds. If you dont mind me asking how are you reaching those speeds when the T2 hit a 139 mph max. I have a NA and was able to reach 134 mph in no time. **** nextel cup cars are only 4 speeds and they go 205 mph on the big tracks, its all in the gearing man.
