Read the error code(s) associated with the CEL. Search the forum to find out how to do that. It's a simple process, but you will need to download the factory service manual from one of the links in the 2nd gen FAQ at the top of this forum section to get a list of the codes.

hesitation/bogging, replace your spark plugs, and adjust your tps.

It could also be your fuel filter.

You have a starting point. If you believe the cats are stopped-up, pull them off and see for yourself.
search for checking engine codes, you'll find what you're looking for.

Sure. It's the Omp code that is your MAIN problem. If it's not working right, then the engine goes into what is euphemistically called LIMP MODE. You MUST fix this problem before the car will run right again.

The water thermo sensor will go into a fail safe mode and just make cold starting more difficult. Fix it as you second project.

I figue you can fix the water thermo sensor by putting it's plug back on. The OMP/?? It's electric so make sure the plugs are connected.

Check the parts for sale section. Should be able to pick one up pretty easily.

*OR* you could spend 100 bucks and get an Rtek7 ECU to replace yours... Its an easy swap, and would solve your problem without having to have an S4 OMP just hanging around your engine bay.

I believe the S5 metering pump has to be operational in order for it to not go into limp mode. There is a shaft that needs to be rotated by the front cover assembly's drive gears... if that doesn't spin, I'm pretty sure it gives out code 27.

Spend 100 bucks. Get the Rtek7.

Well, you "fixed" 8,9,10.... so you still have 33,34 and 40?

Those all appear to be parts of the S5 intake manifold/solenoids... So, ignore them, or get an S5 manifold/intake/etc (all except TB, since you need to control your S4 OMP).

You should take some pics of your engine so we can see what you have.
