How to port wategate.
I searched the forum already and coudn't find any good info. I need pictures of how to port a 90 wategate port.
Any help would be apreciated.
Right now i have the whole engine out of the car and want to port the wastegate since it's much easier to do it right now. My main question is how to take of the flaper of the wategate. I looked at it and it doest move much. I have a dremmel tool that can do the grinding.
Any links?
I can't search Teamfc3s.com website because it crashes my internet explorer along with my cable modem, that site has lots of good info (three years back anyway).

thats going to take you weeks with a dremel, youll need a die grinder with a decent carbide bit. I can port it to the max size allowed by the stock flapper for you for $30 + shipping.

You can use a dremel if you want, it will just take MUCH longer. Sort of like trimming your lawn with scissors. Sure, it will get the job done, but a lawnmower would do it 1000x faster.
