1. take off the turbo unit
2. take off the 5 nuts and bolts that hold on the turbo backing...
3. Swing back flapper door (tricky on the S5's)
4. use a carbide bit hooked into a dremel or air grinder and grind until the inner diameter is *slightly* smaller than the flapper door diameter.
5. Smooth out your porting with a flapwheel if you wanna be really trick.
6. Blow out all metal shavings.
7. Reinstall backing plate, and reinstall turbo unit.
If you are worried about the metal shavings getting into a bearing, I think you can remove the entire back part of the turbo, provided you replace a seal afterward. You're on your own as to where to get that seal.
