How to pass inspection with no cats?

my friend's vr-4 has no cats and everytime he goes for smog a benjamin accidently appears in the exhaust pipe

no joke lol

those guys at gas stations dont make that much money so they'll surely welcome a little $$$

heres a possible way....add a gallon of Methyl Hydrate into your almost empty tank before the test. You should have a fairly good reading but not sure if itll make u pass depending on the limits your city gives you. i used this n passed..my fail reading for HC's was 800ppm...then my passing HC's was 18ppm...so it does make a difference...i'd do this if you have no other way.....

Only way about it is to swap your exhaust for every emissions test. It's not that much of a pain in the ***. Some people swap ENGINES for emissions tests.
