How much for water sealz and rebuild costs?
I have fuel in my oil so people say I have blown water seal. I was wondering how much it would cost for a mechanic to replace it...The engine is 18000 miles old so I dont need anything else...

you can estimate about 150 in parts. if you pull and install the motor about 4 hours of labor. i really can't see him taking more than that to change out the water seals.

Back to the original statement... I don't think that a blown water seal could cause fuel to get into your oil -- I'd check up on a few things first!
1). If the car isn't losing coolant, chances are the water seals are OK
2). If the car was recently flooded / is running rich, then there will be fuel in the oil
Do some more research and give us some more info before you drop what'll probably run close to $800 on what might not be the problem.

ok guys..heres the lowdown...Thiers TON of fuel..I mean I can only smell it. I will drain it today.
THiers always going to be fuel in the oil. BUT Fuel doesent condense, therefor the vapor from the leaking seal can condense thierefor bringing the fuel vapor to the top of filler neck and letting it drip down in puddle form...This is what someone said...Its not normal because it never happend until now wich telz me something is working differently.
Car never floods...Starts the first click. That would be great if their isnt any prob with the water sealz...in fact I dont even know what they look like. Just the apex sealz I was familiar with.

it's probably not the water seals inspite of your fuel vapor theory. Pay close attention to the oil level for a few weeks. If your oil level is not dropping like it used to, its not fuel fumes but fuel dilution in oil. That would mean oil o-ring problem or side sealing problem. In any case, it is going to cost you atleast $1000 for someone to rr the motor and tear it down. So it would be wise to find out if indeed you are getting a lot of gas in oil.
