I wouldn't know for sure, but do you know how much boost you plan on running? That will be a deciding factor.

Stock injectors? I recommend 720cc secondaries and a SAFC-II atleast.

You will burn it at 15 PSI.

9psi=+/-220
15PSI=+/-280

What fuel/spark control do you plan to use? On the stock ECU, this setup wont make much power.

why are you using the stock wg? not that I personally know of any reason to not do so, I'll need to know it in the future, too.

Are you going to use the stock downpipe? If your going to run the BNR stage 2 then the wastegate should be ported.

I would definetly run atleast some 720's in the secondaries. If you can, run an aftermarket downpipe and if you need to pass inspections put on a high flow cat.

the larger wastegate serves more for controlling the psi at lower levels. i wouldnt boost to 15 though.. even with a stage 2 unless you got the 360 degree thrust bearing instead of the 270. 12 or so would be safest.

1. why don't you shell out the extra cash and get a nice DP? You're wasting all this money on the car and you're making the first part of your exhaust the crappiest part of it all.

2. you need more fuel. Bryan at BNR told me I can safely push 10psi using my 720cc secondaries, 255lph fuel pump, and electronics. ( i believe he has this same setup on his TII FB)

3. the wastegate on the BNR stage 2 comes ported to 33mm so it's not really stock anymore.

with what you posted I think you can make a good 250whp-260whp SAFELY at 5-7PSI. It almost puts you at the 300fly hp you're looking for but I'd at least get larger secondaries and a way to controll them. Rewire or upgrade your fuel pump too.
