How do I tell if my engine is Turbo or NA?

I just got hooked up with a Free 89 13b and I think it might be turbo. I have a 86 rx7 and the engine in it has many differences from the engine I just picked up. Can any one tell me what to look for or a good website that will list pics of different year 13b engines.

Does your engine look like that? Notice how it says "13b intercooled turbo II"

If it is the shortblock, see if it has any diffusers in the exasut ports.

Diffusers = N/A
No Diffusers = Turbo

That is considering that no-one has ground out the diffusers or swapped in turbo exaust sleeves.

Also see if it has a knock sensor. It should be on the front rotor housing, above the spark plugs IIRC

IF you only have the short block:
6 intake ports = n/a
4 intake ports = turbo

Thread cleaned up of the pointless post, though most of what's left is still pointless.

If you don't have something useful to say, don't say anything. If you don't read the entire first post, THUS MISSING SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION, don't post!

Thanks
