Which Hood Pins??

Hey i need to buy a set of hood pins and cant decide on what to get. ive already got a set of mr. gaskets that havent even been installed and are already rusting. does anyone know any good quality hood pins and where i can find em? these are what im looking at right now http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...part=hood+pins
I hate those sliding release colored pices of junk i want a good set that will not fail cuz if they do my hood comes flying up.

No Because My Hood latch is broken And my cross member was bent all up and i had to weald it in there and it doesnt line up with the latch. Basicaly it would take some $$$ to fix it or a very long time messing with it, Ive already spent plenty of time trying to get it to work and im just fed up.

I think that the sparco ones would be good, i have seen them on a couple riced cars and there werent rusting or anything, They were anodized so it protects pretty well, You could always just paint them with some rustolium.

And most of the FC's i have seen use 4 hood pins, two on the radiator support, and two behind the headlamps, this adds a little safety and keeps the hood from bending/ lifting at high speeds,

well i have a stock hood so there is no need for 4 but i like the mr. Gasket with screw on clips. its just for some reason when i look at those slide realease it just yells Honda. But i bought mr gasket before and they where already rusting, i guess i could rustolium them but then the paint would come off

I got the aluminum sliding kind on my TII. One of the best "pain-in-the-*** relieve" mods I've done. I hate when I have to keep reaching into the car to repop the hood cause I forgot to do something. Plus, in conjuction with my full ac and power steering removal I've got TONS of rooms there now for a FMIC.
