get my car friday.. 3"dp with no FCD?

87 tii.. car in sig

how am i gonna drive this thing home without hitting fuel cut?

i have a fconwith fcd at home but i have to puck up the car from the shop 20 min from my house. Its 55 most of the way.

It has crazy spool up in neutral so im a little worried about how this is gonna work out..

errr... the wastegate should prevent boost during cruise and light accellearation.. jeez, I've driven my '88 TII around with NO exhaust and didn't have problems.. just don't go WOT and you'll be fine..

fuel cut isn't that awful anyways... it's not like it will hurt the car..

Why are you so worried? Do you have to floor it in every gear?? Driving it moderately will harm nothing.
It's not like it's going to hit full boost as soon as it goes into boost.

I drove to the exhaust shop with an open 80mm downpipe, and hit .5 bar a few times.
No harm done.

Like they said, just no high speed bullshit, or wide open runs, or redlining.

you have up to 8.6 pounds. Like has been mentioned, it shouldn't be a problem, just don't go WOT to redline in every gear...no biggie at all.
