Hollow cats

I heard that the cheapest exhaust mod you can do is to hollow out the cat.
What will this do besides make me shoot flames.

Flow better, be louder, make emissions worse, backfire, etc.

you'll be fine. I know how them texans are, terrible about emmisions ****. It'll only shoot flames if you try to make it, ie haul *** and leave it in gear easing on the pedal, reving it up to rediculous amounts of RPMs and letting it fall, hauling *** shifting gears. But it wont just ride around and pour flames or **** like that. You'll be alright. While your at it yank the air pump off.

Nothing really, it'll clean up the engine bay and releive some drag off the engine. You may or may not feel it, i can tell a bit, but mine might have been Fed. But, if you dont have any cats, and have an S4 you dont need that ****, its just wasting space/weight. If you have an S5 you need it for the activation of the 5/6 ports and the VDI, in which case i would get an electric one.

hey i have a question i have gutted cats and a removed EGR valve and my car only sometimes shots flaims and it take a while of reving usualy before it will even spit one why is that??? is it cuz i still have my air pump on??
