HKS FCD or RACING BEAT FCD
I have a 87 TII and I want to get a fcd. But my question is which one is better. HKS FCD or Racing Beat FCD. Thanks for the help.

i would highly recommend you not build it yourself. The paul stoaks design is itself flawed and requires tweaking. Unless you're like an ee major, I'd recommend you just buy one.
For me, I found one for sale about the same price that it would cost to buy all the parts, so the choice was obvious, even though I am an ee major.

whats flawed about it. I was an EE for 2 years, the circuit works fine, it clamps properly and in a more accurate fashion than the racing beat or greddy etc, and parts were all of $15 and a bit of time to solder the connections. I have been running it for 3 years with zero problems.
