Well on common piston engine changing to a forged crank would help so I wonder if putting in a stronger shaft might help. The best option would be to try to reduce the forces involved at higher rpms, lighter rotors would be an exemple. Then again I am far from a rotary guru.

A spoon motor?

LoL.... forget high RPM. Just try and make more power with the RPM band you have.

Why do you need higher RPM? So you can tell all your friends you can rev to 11k?

Do you want to pretend it is a crotch rocket? I don't get it.

You have to build a better engine. The stock internals are not made to withstand higher rpms. That's why the redline is where it is.

go to racing beat.com or mazdatrix.com
start looking around for different services they offer for engines.
You will prolly need good size porting and you will prolly have to have the the stationary gears, rotors, and the housings treated. You will also need to have your rotors, shaft, and front+rear counterweight balanced.
Thats just a start of the stuff you will need. You might also need underdrive pulleys.

If you have a buttload of money just call up racing beat and see what they can offer. Tell them what you wanna do and see if they can help you.
