High Pressure Rad. Cap

I'm looking for a high pressure radiator cap to replace my old stock one. I'm also in the market for a new oil filler cap. Where would I go about looking to purchase either of these. I'm looking for high quality stuff, nothing on Ebay please.

Greddy used to make high pressure caps, not sure where you get them though, I got mine from Landers.

High pressure radiator cap......

Ok, so it raises boiling point....

Sounds like a bandaid to fix a cooling problem?

I really don't see that as an upgrade...

More pressure on the hoses and more pressure on the coolant orings...more than it was ment to have compared to stock.

Why do you think you need more cooling system pressure? Do you know what the positive and negative effects of this are? It sounds like you're upgrading for the sake of upgrading, without even knowing why.

Higher pressure has no effect on cooling capacity, all it does is raise the coolant's boiling point. At the stock 13psi system pressure the boiling point has already been raised well beyond safe engine temps, so why would you need the ability to go higher? All you're really doing is putting even more stress on the 16+yo rubber hoses.

Go to Mazda, buy a stock radiator cap, be happy.
