rubber mallet or hammer in the right place. any flat spot under the middle iron without much force.

The 2nd pair of dowel pins are in the same slots as the 1st pair, but instead their in the front rotor housing. Then just hit the side of the intermediate housing with a rubber mallet so it breaks free. You should be able to lift it up. While lifting it up, angle it and weave it out of the eccentric shaft.

ok new problem, i have made the center plate loose but now it wont come out. i think the rotor might have got really stuck(melted) to the ecsentric shaft. is there anyway to see if this did happen? and if it did(hope not) how would i seperate the melted bunch?

You need to left the shaft up with it. Better with two people but can be done carefully with one.

It is a tight fit part. Once you get down just to the front plate you should be able to slide it out easily

Just wondering, you did undo the front main bolt right? I had a problem getting my center iron off, push up on the e-shaft and you should have enough space to move it so it'll slide right up.
