Alabama=Disneyland. No emissions testing. You can run your car with literally just straight pipes, or hell, no pipes if you can stand the noise!

Just think if they inspected down here, we wouldn't be able to drive some of the biggest pieces of **** on the road I have seen.

ny has a inspection but if the car is older than 96 its exempt. nyc has some gay thing though but upstate is fine.

 

I guess that 96 exempt thing is only for upstate NY because nyc/long island is like 25 years for exempt from emissions and just safety only.

 

I don't thing CA will ever exempt our cars. Those nutjobs just LOOK at an FC and think "that car should be banned from the roads" "I love my prius" "Lets some more democrats into office"
