Some models come from the factory with a turbo. Since you don't seem to know much about the car you are looking to buy, you'd be better off just buying a Turbo model. It be easier and cheaper then trying to make a non turbo rotary into a turbo. There is a lot more involved then you know.

wtf... I thought the turbo was like a plug and play thing... Don't you just by that sweet little thing that sits on top of the engine that says something like "EXTREME TURBO II INTERCOOLER!!" and it is just like an instant upgrade?

If you want to learn about the car, search and learn the easy answers first. Once you know more about the rotary, you will be able to ask the questions that need answered.
Not trying to be a dick, but these are not pistons nor Hondas, things work a bit different here. A turbo upgrade can be a major undertaking to be successful, and there is no off the shelf kit for the NA's.

That should keep you busy for a while. And have the calculator out so you can add up the cost of all the parts you'll need.

Either buy a full Turbo conversion (engine/accessories, sensors, ecu, harness, drivetrain) and swap it into the car, or read up on all the possibilities (search!) for turboing your n/a which can be more difficult for someone without a lot of knowledge about the engines or tuning them.
Good luck.

it easier to just buy a turbo car, or a complete turbo engine, but if you are hellbound on making the engine in your car turbo you are gonna need alot of little things to make it work. if you aren't very versed on the two engines its gonna be hard for you to make it work and for someone else to sit down and tell you what you need over the internet. pm me and i'll help you as much as i can. i'll even take pictures of all the things you need if you want--jeremie
