Help on N/A performance option
I am curious what I would benefit more from. I have a dual alt pulley, as well as pinnapple racing sleeves for my 90 NA, as well as a racing beat cat replacement pipe and presilencer, which has a catback on it as well. I also have an apexi intake, koyo radiator, dual e-fan,s and accel plug wires. Would removing my air pump and installing the dual pulley and sleeves do anything for me, or would removing it do more bad than good. I dont want a lot more power, jut mak ei tlook bette runder the hood when its popped(reduce clutter) and be fairly reliable on the street.

Since you don't have a cat, you might as well remove the air pump and use the dual belt pulley. The Pineapple sleeves are supposed to increase power a few HP, but there is some debate on this...

I was told that for an S5, the 5th and 6th ports open via the air pump, and it was much better keeping the air pump on. Right now, I do have a cat, but it's not connected to the air pump. I just took off the metal tube that runs from the air pump to the stock cat. I'm starting to get confused!!
I used to run this same setup with no cats. So, if the air pump isn't connected to the exhaust, then the aux ports aren't opening correct? If so, then that means, I should just pull off the air pump, right? Or, could I just connect the air pump to the exhaust before the cat, or after it?
The reason why the air pump isn't connected to my cat is because the cat that I'm using doesn't have a bung for the air pump tube.

The sleeves 'might' give you 2-3 HP, but if you already have bought them and want to run that possible risk of them dropping in (search) go right ahead.
I agree with the poster above me, buy a SAFC and have the car tuned. You'll make the post of that intake/exhaust with it.

I have an SAFC2, just isn ton the car yet. I am not currently driveing my car, the current clutch is shot and my motor has 180k on it, I am removing my parts and goign through my stuff to put on my new motor and was just curious what I should do to accomplish my goal. Like I said, I don want a bunch of performance stuff thats going to make th ecar even more unreliable, just a bit more fun to drive. If I am going to risk anything happenign to my motor with the sleeves I will sell them lol, no big deal, I just figured Id ask before I transferd all this stuff to the new motor.

Oops..I missed the fact that it was an S5. For S5, you need to keep the airpump as it opens the VDI and aux ports.
You can lose the ACV and associated emissions equipment however.
As for the Pineapple Sleeves, try these topics:

Took about 5 minutes of searching for "pineapple sleeves" and variations.
