The first test pipe will only replace the main cat where the second looks like it will replace the 2 precats.
If you go with this setup, you will be left with the problem of finding a pressure tap to operate your 5/6 ports. The S4's 5/6 ports open when you reach a certain back pressure in the exhaust system and the pressure tap is on the main cat.
Good luck and happy shopping.
Personally, I went with the Racing Beat Down pipe and Presilencer combo, ya it's more money, But I like the polished stainless.

Go for the Racing Beat DP/PS..... if you haven't bought any of their stuff before, your freaking jaw will hit the floos when you get it and you'll get a woody!!!!

As for your 5/6 ports...... You'll have to get a summit racing RPM switch, a spare vac solenoid, a hose barb and some vac line and run the 6-ports off the air pump output..... look it up its been discussed many times before.. I AUTOMATICALLY do this mod to every s4 i get to rebuild and sell... (cause when you get a car with a clogged cat, beat the guts out of it and put it back on.. you have to make up for the loss in back pressure!!!!!!)
