in the fuse box inside my car the top three fuses dont work....i have replaced the three fuses but they still do not work...does this mean that i need to replace my fuse box?...

 

Do you have a digital multi meter (DMM) that you can actually check to see if there is voltage on the fuse?

 

What do you mean be the fuses "don't work?" You mean they blow or the equipment they protect doesn't work? Either way, the fuse box has nothing to do with this (it just holds the fuses), check the equipment in question.
