Help with idle, rev issues plz

My 88 tII is having some issues. when i start it it revs to 1100rpm then stalls out. I can keep it running if i barely apply any pressure to the gas pedal. when it runs it runs very rough and bogs out when gas is applied. I changed the plugs and found the top plug was wet and the bottom plug was dry but very black. I've looked for vacuum leaks but I dont know where to start. thanks in advance.

mods: FMIC, greddy BOV, 3in down pipe 1 CAT, rb duals, HKS intake, HKS computer, turbo timer, boost guage.

Side note, in nuetral at idle my boost guage reads in the negative and never goes above 0, not even when taking to 6k rpms. my BOV is venting but guage still reads negative.

adjust your tps to factory spec and then your idle to 750. then see if it still does it.

i adjusted the tps according to the fcespro.com site and it helped a little on the start and idle. I still get bogged out at more than half throttle. I adjusted the BOV and that helped a little as well. I went through and tightened a few vacuum lines and again helped on everything happening up to 1/2 throttle. it seems at half throttle or more i am getting no fuel.
