HELP HELP HELP....air flow sensor
tried to put in a cone filter and saw the electrical for the air flow sensor, so i didn't want to screw around with the wiring. So I put everything back and now i got problems with my car. I start it and it runs for about 30 seconds befor dieing. anyone have an idea about what happened ????????????
Theres 2 air lines on the bottom of the air tube bettween the AFS anthe throtle body are those on? Also the clamps holding that tube should be securely fastened because is theres any air leaks there; the AFS may be getting wrong information to the CPU and causing your car to stall, Chech that.....Ev

Bedan,
Did you dis-connect the AFM ? If you did download the FSM (factory service manual) and test the AFM (air flow meter) I once had this and found it to be a out of limit fuel pump switch, But PLEASE test don't guess.

Sounds too familiar. This happened to my friend last week he had another guy helping him with the car and he unscrewed it to take it out. Then he had the same symptoms you are describing.
is the AFM plug the one under the air box??? if so, it is just the way i found it.... i pushed it in until it clicked in, it's as tight as it will go. Thanx for all the help. I'll check out that website.
When I built a cold air box for my n/a, I forgot to plug in the clip to the AFM. I would start It then It would die. Again and again. Realized after a minute that the clip needed to be plugged.
